Banana and Berry Blast Smoothie

I find this delicious breakfast smoothie is perfect when I wake up in the afternoon/evening (hopefully the evening, it means I have had a good long sleep!!!) before a night shift, it gets me off on the right foot. It is so tasty and smooth like ice-cream, it makes me very happy!! It is vegan friendly too 🙂 Packed full of energy providing ingredients, you can’t go wrong having this to kick start your day or night 😉


What you’ll need (Makes 1):

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Berries of choice
  • 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Essence
  • 1/2 Cup of Oats
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon
  • A good dash of Milk (almond works well here)

Throw everything into a blender.If you don’t have frozen berries or bananas you can just throw some ice into the mix.

Serve in a tall glass with added fresh berries and desiccated coconut on top…. makes it look as pretty as it tastes 🙂
